ROCK FEST VIII Information  **4/18/14 UPDATE**

We are excited to announce our eighth year working with the student musicians of Lee County!  Rock Fest VIII preparations are underway and we anticipate a strong turnout for this year's program and auditions.  The faculty members are working to take this program to another level by providing new sessions!

This is the BEST program of this kind anywhere in SW Florida! Students will audition for admission and placement into one of several bands.  Auditions are required for this program.  A  special "Rock Fest VIII" concert for this camp will take place on Friday night (July 11) at the Estero High School auditorium sponsored by Brent’s Music!  Board master recordings and video footage from last year's program will be available online in late May!!

Auditions are schedulled for May 24, 2014 at Three Oaks Middle.  1000AM-200PM.  Check the summer Camp Brochure for registration information.

The Music Foundation was established in 1991 to bring music programs to the young people of Southwest Florida through programs such as a Fifth Grade Traveling Instrument Program, Double Reed Festival, Summer Music Camps and various scholarships and grants.  Each year The Music Foundation awards approximately $10,000 - $15,000 to deserving music students from Southwest Florida!
